CWT acts as a travel mediator between the passenger and the provider of services rendered and can only be held responsible for the proper execution of the contract, and only be liable to the expectations that the traveler under the travel agency contract may reasonably have.
CWT cannot be held responsible for accidents, delays, loss or theft of belongings or baggage, irregularities or special events of any kind, which would occur during the execution of the services provided.
CWT is insured against financial insolvency at the Travel Guarantee Fund, Metrologielaan 8, 1130 Brussels.
You pay for your tickets directly (via either Bancontact/MrCash, Maestro, Online banking, iDeal or creditcard) to CWT. CWT provides the tickets and also maintains all contacts with customers, both by e-mail reservaties@goedkopevliegtuigtickets.be and phone (070-223222). All ticket reservations are subject to the guarantees of CWT. CWT is affiliated with all applicable industry organizations such as the Belgian Travel Organization and IATA.
